The problem we kept seeing.
After more than 25 years building software for commercial contractors, one problem kept showing up: by the time anyone knew a job was in trouble, it was already too late to do much about it.
PMs were flying blind between site visits. Superintendents were too busy running work to type daily reports. Sub foremen had the picture in their heads, and nobody was writing it down.
